How do I book an in-person appointment? +

Appointments are required. You can call, text, or WhatsApp us at 956-236-4906, or use our online booking form. We meet at a public location or come to you.

Can I use your mail-in service? +

Absolutely. Order a repair online, and we’ll send you a free mail-in kit with prepaid shipping, packing materials, and instructions. Once we repair your device, we ship it back to you.

What devices do you repair? +

We repair PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and custom controllers. Services include HDMI/charging port repairs, stick drift, button replacements, and custom mods.

Do I need to bring my console to a shop? +

No physical shop is required. Repairs are appointment-only. We can meet at a public location or provide mail-in service.

How do I know the repair is done? +

We provide before-and-after photos of the repair on request. You’ll also get updates via email or WhatsApp during mail-in repairs.

Do you offer data recovery services? +

Yes, we provide data recovery for consoles. Please contact us for a quote.
